We charge a standard 2% Managmeent and 20% Carry Fee.
The Management Fee is 2% of the total portfolio taken in one lump sum each year on the day the fund was entered. This is used to pay administrative and management costs.
The Carry Fee is 20% taken on profit distributions after initial capital has been returned to the investor.
The fund has a ten-year lifetime with a two-year option to extend.

Typically, form 1065 is the required federal filing for the fund. Investors will receive a K-1. All tax forms are completed in-house and will usually be delivered before the 3/15 deadline of each year unless an extension is needed for something out of our control.
