Why are we showing you this?
Private companies like SpaceX, OpenAI, and Stripe create enormous wealth for their early investors — but most people can't participate because these companies are private. By the time they IPO, the biggest gains are usually already behind them.
WealthUnion gives accredited investors access to private companies before they go public. We source vetted deal flow in growth-stage and pre-IPO tech companies, structure each opportunity as a standalone investment, and let you choose which deals to join — no blind-pool fund, no long lock-ups.

The
Private
Market
Case
A deep look at what makes Physical Intelligence one of the most studied private investments.
Physical Intelligence: The Foundation-Model Bet for Robotics
Physical Intelligence was founded in 2024 by former Google DeepMind researchers who believed the same scaling laws that powered GPT could be applied to physical manipulation — train a large enough model on enough robot interaction data, and you get a generalist agent that can fold laundry, load dishwashers, or assemble parts without task-specific programming.
The $600M raise at $5.6B in November 2025 (led by Alphabet's CapitalG) validated this thesis. Just four months later, in March 2026, Bloomberg reported PI was in talks for another $1B at $11B+ — doubling the valuation on the strength of early demonstrations and hyperscaler interest in the robotics-foundation-model space.
Key Risks
Physical Intelligence is pre-revenue and pre-commercial-deployment. The foundation-model thesis for robotics has not yet been proven at scale — physical manipulation is orders of magnitude more complex than language. Competition from Google DeepMind, Tesla (Optimus), Figure AI, and others is intense. The $11B valuation target prices in success that hasn't happened yet.

What Makes Physical Intelligence Special
The structural advantages that matter for private investors.
Foundation Models for Robots
A single AI model that controls any robot body for any physical task — the GPT equivalent for the physical world. If it works, PI owns the most valuable abstraction layer in all of robotics.
Ex-DeepMind Founding Team
Team from the lab that built AlphaFold and Gemini. The robotics-foundation-model thesis requires the same caliber of ML research — PI has the pedigree.
Hyperscaler Backing (Alphabet, Bezos)
CapitalG (Alphabet's growth fund) led the $600M round, with Jeff Bezos and Thrive Capital participating. The backers collectively control the compute, data, and distribution that the robotics-foundation thesis requires.
