Cookies
We use a session cookie set on the .wealthunion.io domain that contains a session identifier. This cookie operates across subdomains (including portal.wealthunion.io) to maintain a consistent experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information

4. Analytics and Tracking
We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to understand how visitors interact with the Website. Below is a summary of how PostHog operates on our site:
- First-party proxy: Analytics data is routed through our own domain (wealthunion.io) before being transmitted to PostHog's servers, which are located in the United States. This means analytics requests appear as first-party traffic rather than third-party requests.
- Anonymous by default: PostHog operates in "identified only" mode. Visitors remain anonymous until they voluntarily submit their email address through our application form, at which point their activity is associated with their email.
- Automatically captured data: Page views, clicks, session duration, device information, browser, operating system, screen resolution, referring URL, and IP address.
- Custom events: We track CTA button clicks (and their location on the page), scroll depth milestones, and application form submissions and rejections.
- Cookie: PostHog sets a session cookie on the
.wealthunion.iodomain containing a session identifier. This cookie works across subdomains.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- PostHog: As our analytics processor, PostHog receives usage data as described in Section 4. PostHog's servers are located in the United States.
- WealthUnion dashboard: Application data (name, email, accreditation basis) is transmitted to our internal leads processing system for evaluation and follow-up.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cryptx Capital LLC, WealthUnion Ventures LLC, our users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Analytics data is subject to PostHog's data retention settings. Application data (name, email, accreditation basis) is retained for the duration of our business relationship and as needed for regulatory compliance and record-keeping.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages
- First-party analytics proxy to reduce third-party data exposure
- Access controls limiting who can view collected data
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
